Narsayya Adam Master, president of the Maharashtra state committee of CITU, will preside over the public rally and state general secretary Dr D L Karad will deliver the welcome speech. Besides Dr M K Pandhe, A K Padmanabhan and Tapen Sen, other likely to address the rally are the labour ministers of Kerala, West Bengal, Tripura and the CITU vice president K L Bajaj.
